During the growing season in the Midwest, Acre sources meats, produce and staple ingredients for its core, year-round menu from Ohio producers.
In the winter months, Acre is still able to source some of its products from Ohio producers especially meats, breads, and some storage crops as availability allows. Ohio growers are beginning to offer larger volumes of green house grown vegetables and Acre plans to make use of these products as they become available.
Acre would not be possible without the community of producers that generate a broad range of ingredients for our menu.
